Interest rates are as low as 3.305 percent, with no payments for the first year, and with repayment terms up to 30 years. The deadline for filing is May 25, 2018, but small business applicants may file at any time for assistance. For more information, call 1-800-659-2955 or visit SBA.gov/Harvey.
